Are RAMSOMEWARE pirates unbeatable?
The long answer is yes they can be.... and the answer is not more sophisticated algorithms and complicated passwords. Case in point a few years back we got the infamous FBI warning on the pc screen and became a victim of that FBI scam. Well, let's just say almost a victim... Because we were prepared, we did not pay nor did we destroy or lost any data. While not being very astute into cyber security we used a different approach to protect the computer and the information within. What we did was setup different user accounts within the same computer. While the ADM was almost never used.
