Chinese & Russian sponsored Legislation given OK by FEC

 Federal law blocks foreign entities or persons from contributing to U.S. election campaigns, but they can pump money into legislative bill campaigns, according to the FEC ruling.

Meaning?....

China or Russia can RECRUIT/blackmail a citizen to initiate a legislation that would favor them in many number of ways... Approve the purchase of strategic land? Change local laws to favor lobbing the gov even more.

 States Rights VS federal Gov.  The reason the concept of filibuster was created, was to ensure the government (Senate & House) did nothing against those governed (The People) unless agreed to by a large majority.
