PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police are investigating after an employee’s laptop and encrypted USB flash drives were stolen from an election machine warehouse at 3500 Scotts Lane in East Falls, the Philadelphia City Commissioner’s office confirmed Wednesday. Officials said the stolen laptop did not contain any election materials on it and isn’t capable of programming any of the city’s election machines.
Election Systems & Software is the manufacturer of the election machine. An ES&S spokesperson said the encrypted USB flash drives “contain multiple levels of security” and the laptop’s “not used to program the election or interact with USBs used in elections.”
“Upon learning of the theft, ES&S immediately changed the employee’s corporate network user account and the device address was blocked and passwords changed,” the spokesperson said. “ES&S is confident that this incident will not in any way compromise the integrity of the election.”
The one county who got caught cheating.
So although the scanners in the tabulators counted all the votes in each precinct correctly, the different versions of the ballot resulted in problems and erroneous vote totals when the precinct results were combined in the election management system, a separate software package used to manage and consolidate results before they are reported to the state, he said.
"Since the scanners ... used slightly different election definitions, some of the positions didn't line up properly," Halderman said. "As a result, when the results were read by the election management system, some of them were initially assigned to the wrong candidates."Antrim County on Thursday posted updated and revised numbers for the presidential and U.S. Senate races after discovering major errors in the numbers the county initially sent to the Secretary of State's Office. The effect of the errors gave higher-than-accurate vote totals to Democratic candidates in the heavily Republican county.
The same people who stole the laptop visited the states using the ES&S machines while passing themselves as ES&S officials.
Here is the hard part to prove. The machine tavulating part at local levels is perfect. The fraud enters when local precinct uploads the figures to the state flipping a few thousand votes from Republican to Democrats per Precinct

Step A) Purposely have voting ballots ENVELOPES printed with the wrong Address. Such as wrong name right address.
Step B) Have those "wrong printed ballots" returned and stored.
Step C) Election day
Bring stored BLANK voting ballots, open them separately, them fill them out.
Step D) Destroy returned Voting Ballot envelopes.
There you have it Hundreds of thousands of votes added to your favorite candidate.

Franklin County elections officials are scrambling to figure out how many voters received the wrong ballot in the mail as thousands more lined up across the state for the first two days of in-person early voting.
New York, Brooklyn
A 'misprint' by a third-party vendor caused nearly 100,000 Brooklyn voters to receive absentee ballot return envelopes with the wrong address and names printed on them, the New York City Board of Elections said, and voters will be sent new ballots.
Pennsylvania
More than 28,000 voters in Pennsylvania were sent wrong mail-in ballots because of a printing error, Allegheny County officials said Wednesday.
Election officials said the error was caused by an image mapping error that occurred during the printing process, which was handled by the printing and mailing company Midwest Direct.

Election clerks asked the state Supreme Court on Monday to issue an order that will allow them to make sure all votes are counted despite a misprint on thousands of ballots in northeastern Wisconsin.
About 13,000 ballots in Outagamie and Calumet counties have a misprinted "timing mark" along their edges. Electronic tabulators use those marks to read the ballots, and they can't count the ones with the errors on them.

LANSING – The Michigan Secretary of State’s Office says there were 77,483 spoiled ballots associated with the presidential election in Michigan as of Tuesday.

To date, we have a combined 538 sworn declarations in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin. Additionally, there have been over 14,000 incident reports filed in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, and Wisconsin since Election Day.
FEC Chairman Trey Trainor said, "The massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place and the other side really needs to answer these questions."
There is evidence of systemic efforts by election officials to "cure" ballots in heavily Democratic areas but not Republican ones. There was lack of voter identification.
Poll watchers were denied access to observe and certify ballot completion, as required by law. Mail-in ballots were trucked in and unloaded at 4am.
Signatures weren’t checked on mail-in ballots.
Thousands of deceased voters submitted absentee ballots in swing states.
Out-of-state residents voted multiple times.
Lastly, Dominion voting machine software was reportedly used in 30 states, including all of the battleground states.
Late into election night Trump was up in all the swing states until the counting was closed at 2am, then the situation dramatically reversed with a series of impossible spikes.
