Sleeping beauties will waken when country A & B are attacked with nuclear bombs

Usually when a thought comes to my mind... Leaves, reappears... Leaves again only to return again like a distracting squirrel in my conscious... There is Something there, otherwise my antennas would not be picking up such a thought.
Such is the case with "Sleeping Beauty project"
What is this thought?...
Here is what they have done.
They slowly very slowly excavated kilometers long tunnels leading great governments buildings of enemy countries stopping 1 kilometer from the actual target.... There they placed several A bombs modified for long term storage to be sealed and waiting for the detonation signal. 
The #12 keeps calling my attention don't know if that is the number of city governments that are targeted....
Retaliation and total destruction of targeted enemy city/governments is assured.
