American citizens are PROHIBITED by law from owning real estate
Having looked at the property tax issue and reading extensively the problem of taxation..
Taxes are needed for roads and law enforcing in the cities....
However Property taxes as implemented by democrats on the 63rd congress (Collect Taxes on accrued property value) is in violation of the spirit and mission statement of the constitution...
Mission statement on the constitution says, "to Promote the general welfare and domestic tranquility" Confiscation or the sale of your property because excessive or the accumulation of property taxes.
Violates the mission statement, because the people no longer OWN property, they merely rent from the county/state. The state or in this case the Democrats created a system of taxation similar to the UK. minus the King and Queen...
Here in America the only segment of the population that ACTUALLY own property are the AMERICAN INDIANS.. The were granted Allodial* rights to their land. This means that American citizens pay property taxes in perpetuity, while native Americans pay no such taxes.
Need an example of how and why, Property taxes are unconstitutional? OK.
Make believe that I, as the state sell you a piece of land or in this case this painting below...
We can tell you the painting is yours to keep or you can sell the painting, frame it, even paint over it, of course with our permission only.
Oh, I as the state (Government) Require that since you bought the property from me, I/we get to charge you a small fee every year from you and who ever owns the property there after... The state can confiscate the property from you or your family should you FAIL to pay the annual fee..
After 3 years straight of non payment. law enforcement will be sent to enforce our will, confiscate the property and evict you if necessary and we can then sell "it" to others who can pay.
Will you buy property or painting from me under those circumstances? Where even after you paid the complete price, you must keep paying year after year until the sun dies.
In this case it does not matter whether that fee charged is called Property taxes or yearly rental. The effect is the same if you are a "homeowner" or renting, Eviction will result when the money stops moving.
Below is a picture of a document that was in the hallway of a court house. These are all tax liens from people who for one reason or another were not able to pay their taxes and the government went ahead with the sale of the right to the property.
Up until 1900's there was no property taxes upon the land or property upon the land..
A fee was charged upon the sale of the land, the proceeds from that sale was considered income.
How the 16th amendment came to exist...
Oscar Underwood
The Revenue Act of 1913, also known as the Underwood Tariff or the Underwood-Simmons Act (ch. 16, 38 Stat. 114), re-established a federal income tax in the United States and substantially lowered tariff rates. The act was sponsored by Representative Oscar Underwood, passed by the 63rd United States Congress, and signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson.
Wilson and other members of the Democratic Party had long seen high tariffs as equivalent to unfair taxes on consumers, and tariff reduction was President Wilson's first priority upon taking office. Following the ratification of the Sixteenth Amendment in 1913, Democratic leaders agreed to seek passage of a major bill that would dramatically lower tariffs and implement an income tax. Underwood quickly shepherded the revenue bill through the House of Representatives, but the bill won approval in the United States Senate only after extensive lobbying by the Wilson administration. Wilson signed the bill into law on October 3, 1913.
"Amendment XVI Income Tax. The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
The only solution is to have the supreme court revisit the wording on the 16th amendment..And someone using the parable of the painting can make the judges revert property rights back to the way the founding fathers intended...

Allodial
Allodial title constitutes ownership of real property that is independent of any superior landlord. Allodial title is related to the concept of land held "in allodium", or land ownership by occupancy and defense of the land. Historically, much of land was uninhabited and could, therefore, be held "in allodium". Wikipedia
