When governments get out of hand in their excess, be it oppressive or excessive taxation, the rich always have the best and 1st option, They leave as is the current situation in the state of NY.
The current state of affairs is such that the common street office or blue collar worker, has their life monitored to such an extent that, they can predict what day we go shopping and items we are going to purchase.
